Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bricklayer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Physical stamina and strength for performing manual labor over extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices within the construction industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
2) Builder
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Builder within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in multiple building techniques, including bricklaying, carpentry, plastering, and drywall installation.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor in various working conditions.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
- Good time management skills, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
